The future of our planet relies heavily on greater awareness and the initiatives taken by industry. As a company based in the French countryside in Mayenne, led by staff who are proud of their homeland, it is only natural that ECOPAL strives to optimise its resources and preserve its environment.
1.OUR REUSE PRODUCTS.
Eco-design is one of the cornerstones of a circular economy designed to optimise the use of resources.
Here at ECOPAL, we are committed to reuse. We do so by extending product lifetimes and giving products a second life and a new use.
Reusing these packages helps limit the amount of materials, energy and resources used to design and manufacture these new products.
2. ENERGY 2030 TARGET: PRODUCE THE ENERGY WE USE ON SITE.
We have fitted out our workshops exclusively with LED lights to keep our energy consumption down.
Since 2022, ECOPAL has been doing its utmost to control its energy use by installing solar panels. The solar energy produced is a clean, renewable source of energy that produces no greenhouse gas emissions or other harmful air pollutants. Our power plant currently meets 80% of our site’s energy needs.

To encourage biodiversity, we have kept existing hedges, replanted trees, and kept mowing to a minimum.
Furthermore, we can process bio-waste on site by composting our green waste and other
biodegradable waste.
