ECOPAL is committed to a global policy of respecting the confidentiality of personal data entrusted to it in the context of its activity, including through the means of collection available on its website. Personal data collected from this site is kept for one year. This information is provided on each page where information is collected. Personal data is deleted from our storage media no later than 12 months after the date on which it was sent to us.

The CMS, which powers and administers the site’s content, is subject to ongoing corrective and evolutionary maintenance to guarantee against any security flaws or problems. Finally, the data centre and server on which the site is hosted benefit from the best physical and software protection, as well as constant surveillance and monitoring. Users are informed that despite all reasonable security measures implemented, ECOPAL cannot rule out the possibility of malicious intrusion on its server which could not be thwarted. In the event of such an occurrence, ECOPAL undertakes to notify the competent authorities within a maximum of 72 hours of estimating the damage resulting from the intrusion, particularly if the violation of personal data has been established.

In the context of transparency and the procedures for exercising the rights of the person concerned, users who communicate or have communicated personal information to us are informed that they may at any time exercise their rights with regard to the personal data concerning them held by ECOPAL.
